All containers are inspected before dispatch or collection to ensure they meet the agreed specifications and are in satisfactory condition.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are considered only where a container has a significant defect or materially differs from the agreed specifications. Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery, preferably with photographs. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Custom-built, modified, or specially configured containers are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by a manufacturing or workmanship defect.
Shipping & Delivery: Delivery costs depend on the container, destination, access, and equipment required. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is safe and accessible for the required truck or lifting equipment. Additional charges may apply where delivery is delayed or cannot be completed due to unsuitable access or site conditions.
